How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at contact@camieflowers.com. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
This process applies to data associated with CamieApp, Camie Flower services, and customer conversations handled through connected Meta business assets such as Facebook Pages, Messenger, and Instagram.
Information to Include
Please include enough information for us to locate your data:
- Your full name.
- Your email address or phone number used with Camie Flower, if applicable.
- The Facebook Page, Messenger conversation, or Instagram account involved, if applicable.
- A short description of the data you want deleted.
- Proof that you are the account holder or authorized requester, if we need to verify the request.
What Happens Next
- We will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity or authority.
- We will search our active systems for matching personal data.
- We will delete or anonymize eligible data unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, or operational reasons.
- We will confirm completion or explain why certain data cannot be deleted.
Processing Time
We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups expire through normal retention cycles.
Data We May Need to Retain
We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security investigations, or enforcement of our agreements and policies.
